I am moving to Center City Philadelphia, within walking distance of 30th st station, and work at AI Dupont Hospital for Children in N. Wilmington. I am trying to figure out the best/most economical way to get to work. I could park on the street for ~$30/month,
Having been down around that area a lot, I would suggest taking the SEPTA train, traffic can be a pain if you drive.

i am 22. I bought a 2012 ford focus (financed but at a good rate) in my favorite color and i love it. the car has 72 hours of complimentary insurance but that time is up soon. please help me out by telling me a good cheap car insurance. unfortunately
(1) when you buy a new vehicle you have to purchase full coverage.
(2) if you are under 25 you're insurance is going to be high.

as a rider with parents but as you onley driver will be the cheeps . on you r own like gico or all state wiil be high an take a lone time to go dowm so as a rider on parents you can beom a safe driver an go on your own

My vehicle tags are about to expire and the application has sections for my insurance company but i dont have insurance because i cant afford
You do exactly that -- shop around for cheaper insurance or move closer to your job and walk or take a bus. Been there, done that. I learned that from 50+ years of life, so I know a thing or two about it.
