I was debating with a male that all other things equal that female car insurance is typically less then males. He was arguing that its the other way around. Who pays more for car insurance, men or women? And is there a accurate website I can look at for

A letter has come to our house today to my fiancee saying someone is trying to make a claim against her car from an incident in August 2003.
It has baffled us as, i didn't even know her then, she has had 3 cars since then, it's at a completely
Sounds as if it could be a scam attempt. Difficult to assess without sight of letter.
