What does RTS on a new prescription mean?

Went to a new doctor today and he wrote a new prescription for my pain meds. On the top he wrote "RTS" - I've never seen that abbreviation before, except as "Return to Sender" on mail. What does this mean?
It is "Returned to stock" when on a pill bottle.

on an eye exam prescription/statement, what does the 'Sph, Cyl and Axis' mean?

i have had an eye test done and have been told i need glasses as my right eye is long sighted. the only difference between my eyes on the statement is the Sph section where my right eye is +0.75v and my left eye is +0.25. please help as i don't actually
Under sph the + means you are farsighted. The 25 is as weak a power they make, and 75 just a little worse. Cyl and axis has to do with astigmatism which you don't have.

Sphere, Cylinder, Axis.
Sphere goes when you have myopia or hyperopia. Cyl / axis goes when you have astigmatism.
Let's put it this way:

I need to know what the abbreviation for "TP" stands for, on the prescription that I need to interpret it says " TP TID", I know already that TID stands for "three times daily" but it's confusing to see "TP" written
