Braces Needed for an Adult! Any Insurance Providers Known in Northern Virginia?

I'm an adult that wants to get braces; however, my dental insurance provider doesn't cover orthodontia for adults.
I understand this is not a profitable area for insurance companies so most/many companies don't offer this option. However,
Yeah, NO private dental insurance covers orthodontia for adults. That's because only the people who would ever want to use it, would buy it. The stuff you're talking about is clearly a preexisting condition.

I live in STL, Missouri. I can't afford invisalign or braces really, but is there any insurance provider that could cover most of it or even all of it..?
Dental insurance is a hoax. Health insurance works because it draws from a large pool of people. You might pay $3000/year and receive $100,000 in benefits if needed.
Dental insurance will cost $500-$1000/year, will only pay 50% and have a $1000/yr

Orthodontic treatments is usually paid via a down payment and then monthly payments. If you changed insurance on Jan 1, 2011, the old insurance company will only pay for the amount that was due
