Life insurance Policy problem in story?
May 03, 2011 by Terry Johnston | Posted in Books & Authors
Hi, I am writing a story about a woman who kills husbands for their life insurace policy money. The problem is I don't know what would happen if her husband died with a twenty thousand pound life insurance policy over his head. Would his death be investigated?
Yes, his death would be investigated if it looked suspicious. The wife would be a suspect because she stood to gain from his death.
The wife could contact the life insurance policy company as soon as he was dead, but this would be suspicious.

The most "dirt cheap" coverage is going to be the least, maybe at your age you can find something for just under $100 a month, with a hefty $10,000 deductible.

Check the State of NC websites. Majority offer a cheap, bare minimum policy you can purchase at a group rate.
